All sales on smithandmara.com are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any item. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products, description, and production time before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Once an order is placed online, the order will not be able to be cancelled. Please send us an email at email@example.com with any prior questions or concerns.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Once we have come to resolution and provided a return label, the customer will have 7 days to return the item for a repair or exchange.
All orders purchased over $500 ship for free within the United States and require a signature upon delivery. If items are returned to us as a result of customer failure to sign for a package or arrange a hold at a local station, the customer will be charged a re-shipping fee. All orders under $500 will incur a shipping cost depending on service and will not require a signature unless requested. All international shipping will incur shipping, taxes and duties costs as well. If the customer is non responsive to customs to cover duties and taxes, a reshipping fee will be charged. We are not responsible for stolen/missing packages upon delivery.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from smithandmara.com.
